Electro Polish

Wire used for manufacture of fabricated baskets, trays, kitchen appliances and other formed parts. These wires are widely used in the food industry, medical applications, decorative and architectural usage.

Characteristics of Electro-Polish Quality (EPQ) Wire

  • Metal-Impex EPQ wire has brilliant mirror bright surface that result in a very lustrous appearance when electro-polished
  • Wires are provided with ¼ hard temper, cold drawn finish

Lashing Wire

Metal-Impex has successfully developed lashing wire in AISI 304, 304L, 316, 316L stainless steel
Stainless steel lashing wire is mainly used in the utility and telecommunications industries to bring aerial cables or combinations of cables to a supporting strand.
Thanks to a specially controlled annealing process, lashing wire obtains a uniform, fine grain structure throughout the whole length.
Lashing wire alloys are also used in fabrication of pole line hardware.

Cold Heading

Wire suitable for Fastener and Cold Heading applications such as bolts, nuts, screws, rivets, nails, etc. Metal-Impex’s Wire for Cold Heading Quality is made by choosing selected quality wire rods and special heat treatment process. This enables the production of wire of desired surface and micro-structure necessary for superior products in spite of several stringent conditions.

Inconel

Vineyard Wire

Wire used in Vineyard for holding grapes. Traditionally galvanized wire was used for this application. However, due to monsoon and different fertilizers used in the orchards and fields, galvanized wire would develop rust very quickly. Metal-Impex’s Grapewire® in Stainless Steel doesn’t rust and become a safe replacement for galvanized wire in terms of both quality and long-term cost.
